Terms of service

By accessing or using the Salon IQ software platform, customer booking portals, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a salon or business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

The Platform is owned and operated by IQ Nexhaz Global LLP.

Salon IQ provides cloud-based salon management software, appointment scheduling, Point of Sale (POS) billing, client management (CRM), and automated messaging integrations for beauty, wellness, and grooming businesses.

Customers booking appointments through salon booking pages may be required to pay an advance booking fee or the full service charge online. All payment transactions are processed securely via authorized third-party payment aggregators (including Razorpay). Salon IQ does not store your complete card or banking credentials.

The individual salon or branch is solely responsible for rendering the grooming and beauty services booked by the customer. Salon IQ serves as the technology facilitator and is not liable for service delivery, stylist conduct, or service dissatisfaction.

By providing your phone number during booking or client registration, you consent to receive transactional and operational communications regarding your appointment, invoices, and reminders via SMS and WhatsApp. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Salon IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
